MK Psychology Toybox: Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with MK Psychology Toybox. Please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
You may request the cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Please email accounts@mkpsychology.co.za as soon as possible and include your order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, the request will be handled as a return.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns for Online Purchases
Where applicable under South African law, you may cancel an eligible online purchase within seven days after receiving the goods.
You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
For a change-of-mind return:
- Please contact us before returning the item.
- The product should be unused and undamaged.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, components and instructions, where applicable.
- You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
- Original delivery fees and return-delivery costs are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.
The returned product will be inspected before the refund is processed.
A qualifying refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible and within the period required by law.
3. Defective, Unsafe or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, unsafe, damaged or not of an acceptable quality, please contact us at accounts@mkpsychology.co.za.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, defective goods may be returned within six months after delivery without penalty and at our risk and expense.
Depending on the circumstances and your applicable rights, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair or replacement.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will review the matter and arrange the appropriate replacement, delivery or refund.
5. Products That Cannot Be Returned
A change-of-mind return may not be accepted where:
- The product has been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
- Parts, components or accessories are missing.
- The item is not in a condition that allows it to be resold.
- A return is excluded by applicable law.
This does not limit your rights where a product is defective, unsafe or not of an acceptable quality.
6. Returning a Product
Please do not return a product without contacting us first.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Unless the item is defective, unsafe, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return delivery.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the funds to reflect in your account may depend on the payment method and banking provider.
